Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to join remotely. You will oversee Pharmacovigilance staff, guide day-to-day outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and interact with clients to resolve questions and escalations.

You will contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and protect patient safety while supporting project budgets and cross-functional collaboration across the Parexel global safety team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pharmacovigilance operations and safety services.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage staff.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of ICH, CIOMS, GVP requirements.
• Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff, allocate budgets and hours.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality and compliance.
• Oversee safety processes, respond to queries, support urgent workloads.
• Drive process improvements and automation tool adoption in safety workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and Parexel SOPs; support audits and investigations.
• Forecast resource needs, manage budgets, and communicate with senior management.
• Support client meetings and provide periodic project updates.
