Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations (Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager) to join our team in a remote capacity.

You will manage Patient Safety staff supporting assigned projects, guiding day-to-day performance, quality, timeline compliance, and training. You will provide process expertise across safety activities and communicate with clients to address questions and escalations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in health-related field and PV experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and regulations.
• Experience supervising staff and working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Patient Safety staff, manage budgets and staffing.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs across projects.
• Communicate with clients to address questions and escalations.
• Support pharmacovigilance tool adoption and process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PV regulations and audits.
• Forecast resources and manage project budgets.
