Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Patient Safety Project Lead to join our team. You will lead pharmacovigilance programs, manage strategic client relationships, and oversee operational delivery across global programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project performance, forecasting, and risk management, focusing on safety stand-alone projects and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in drug development and/or healthcare environments.
• Experience with managing safety stand-alone projects.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, regulatory requirements, and pharmacovigilance processes.
• Experience working with pharmacovigilance systems, safety databases, and project lifecycle management processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative client relationships that drive trust and successful project delivery.
• Lead patient safety programs by developing plans, managing milestones, and ensuring timely outcomes.
• Provide strategic oversight of project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Serve as a key client contact and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, business development activities, and governance meetings.
