Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an Associate’s degree in nursing plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Current nursing license.
• 5+ years of experience in quality, patient safety, or risk management with healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and teaches patient safety and high reliability across venues.
• Analyzes incident reports for trends and reporting.
• Supports review of charts and dissemination of safety concerns to facility leaders.
• Leads and facilitates systems that reduce patient harm and improve safety.
• Conducts causal analyses and supports RCA/ACA action planning with leaders.
