• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alert the care team.
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity during shifts.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to foster compassion, respect, and teamwork.
