Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients remotely from a station, protecting those at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. You will support the care team by promptly communicating concerns and documenting changes in real time.

From a remote location, you will collaborate with the healthcare team, safeguard patient privacy, and help uphold a culture of compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to monitor patients remotely and respond quickly.
• Ability to document observations accurately.
• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Must obtain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly.
• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift.
• Honoring patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
