The role requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS, and timely de-escalation training. Prior healthcare experience is preferred; CPR/BLS within 30 days. Shifts are 0630-1900 or 1830-0700 on an as-needed basis with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• De-escalation training within 90 days of hire.
• One+ years in healthcare preferred.
• Basic Life Support to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure safety.
• Identify risks of falls or self-harm and alert care team.
• Document patient activity and changes accurately.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
