HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients at risk for falls or self-harm, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout shifts. You will quickly communicate concerns to the care team and help maintain a calm, caring environment.

You will document activity and changes clearly, safeguard privacy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy clinical setting.

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and alert the care team promptly.
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity during shifts.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to foster compassion, respect, and teamwork.
