Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Patient Financial Advocacy Coordinator to help patients access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays. This remote, full-time role supports nonprofit and manufacturer assistance programs and coordinates with pharmacy operations to ensure seamless service.

You will maintain patient data, explain insurance benefits, and navigate assistance options. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of patient advocacy or assistance experience, with state pharmacy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of patient assistance or advocacy experience.
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families to access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays.
• Assist patients who may qualify for assistance through Not-for-Profit organizations and manufacturer programs.
• Navigate the system to find resources that fit the patient’s needs and explain the process to complete applications.
