Onco360, a leading oncology pharmacy, is seeking a Patient Financial Advocacy Coordinator in Indianapolis to help patients access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays. You will assist patients who may qualify for nonprofit and manufacturer programs and explain the process.

This is a full-time role with Mon-Fri 11:30am-8pm EST, remote but based in Indiana. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 for employees starting before Dec 31, 2026, and salary starting at $23/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of patient assistance or advocacy experience.
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy benefit coverage.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients and families to access financial resources for pharmacy co-pays.
• Help patients qualify for nonprofit and manufacturer assistance programs.
• Explain insurance benefits and co-pay structures.
• Maintain patient demographic and insurance data in CPR+.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service.
