Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant to support design and delivery of patient-focused outcomes research for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize evidence, and develop client-ready deliverables under senior guidance.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to HEOR, PROs, and RWE projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business.
• 3–5 years of HEOR or outcomes research experience.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Experience with pharma, CRO, or healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of patient-centered HEOR studies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, clinicians.
• Synthesize healthcare evidence and develop client-ready deliverables.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to support projects.
• Present findings at client meetings and contribute to proposals.
