• Nurture a pipeline of 120–130 leads monthly via calls, emails, and CRM.
• Collect consultation deposits and upfront session payments before booking.
• Schedule patients and hand off intake records to EMR.
• Run confirmation and re-engagement workflows for churned inquiries.
