Job summary

ClearChoice is seeking Support Representatives for the Care Connection Team to assist prospective patients remotely across acceptable states. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide patients through scheduling, and provide empathetic, solution-focused support to help them begin their dental implant journey.

The role emphasizes bedside manner, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse patients while promoting ClearChoice Core Values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ year of consultative sales experience.
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or fields requiring empathy is a plus.
• Confident approach and ability to build rapport.
• Proficient active listening skills.
• Soft skills: patience, positivity, respectfulness.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, drive and initiative.
• Willingness to accept coaching and guidance.
• Ability to assist others with basic computer/tech solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients with questions or appointment needs.
• Spend majority of time on inbound calls from prospective patients.
• Make outbound calls to existing leads (no cold calling).
• Schedule free consultations and prepare patients for visits.
• Overcome objections with confidence and expertise.
• Explain services clearly to prospective patients.
• Listen empathetically to patient needs and provide helpful solutions.
• Guide callers through online paperwork and appointment processes.
• Provide driving directions to scheduled locations.
• Demonstrate empathy and conviction to impact lives.
