ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking Prospective Patient Advocates to join a remote inside sales team. You will be the first contact for prospective patients, guiding them through our Care Connection process with empathy and consultative skills.

Training is thorough, with ongoing coaching and a focus on helping patients reclaim health, smile, and confidence. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in consultative sales, strong communication, and comfort with scripts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 year consultative sales experience.
• 1+ years experience in remote work with computer proficiency.
• 1+ years call center experience with high volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Spanish-English bilingual required.
• Experience with scripts or call flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility to work Mon-Thur 4:30am-9pm MST, Fri 4:30am-8pm MST, Sat-Sun 8am-4:30pm MST.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients.
• Explain services and how they differ from competitors.
• Assess fit and guide patients to a free consultation.
• Schedule consultations and prep patients for visits.
• Work mostly on the phone with inbound and outbound leads.
• Build rapport while guiding conversations toward outcomes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and seek coaching for continuous improvement.
• Act as an ambassador to ClearChoice Core Values.
