Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong typing (40 WPM), and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Typing at least 40 words per minute.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Insurance billing familiarity is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls in a remote call center environment.
• Listen actively and demonstrate empathy while addressing patient questions and billing inquiries.
• Follow client-specific rules, workflows, and service expectations.
• Gather information, resolve issues when possible, and complete follow-up actions.
• Research issues by reviewing account details or gathering documentation as needed.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all calls in the patient account system.
• Protect confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and Digitech standards.
• Meet or exceed established daily quotas.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and seek continuous improvement.
