Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Patient Support Medical Billing Representative for a 100% remote contract role. You will assist patients with co-pay cards, vouchers, and claims support, reviewing documentation and ensuring claims meet program rules for payment or rejection.

In this role you will interpret EOBs and CMS-1500 forms, verify insurance, post payments, and handle inquiries by phone, email, or fax. The position offers potential to convert to a full-time IQVIA employee and requires healthcare billing

Qualifications

Call center experience and customer service skills are required.
Background in medical billing or related certification is required.
Ability to interpret EOBs and CMS-1500 forms is required.
Insurance verification experience is required.
Experience with payment postings and posting payments is required.

Responsibilities

Receive medical claims from HCPs or patients and ensure all required supporting documentation is provided.
Interpret EOBs and CMS-1500 forms.
Evaluate claims against program-specific business rules to determine approval or rejection.
Maintain organizational skills to manage daily workload.
Provide support to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or other channels.
Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to management.
