Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced patent attorney for a flexible position based in Dallas, Houston, or Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in software, electrical, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in patent application preparation and prosecution.
• Experience in telecommunications and electrical arts preferred.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft patent applications for software-implemented inventions.
• Address 101 patent eligibility issues proactively.
