Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation is seeking a Patent Prosecution Specialist to join our growing Patents and Innovation team. The role oversees client portfolios, prepares and files documents for US patent prosecution, and collaborates with attorneys, patent agents, and staff.

The position supports overtime as needed and offers hybrid or fully remote work options, with typical hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT.

Competenze

• Knowledge of CFR, MPEP and other patent-related laws and regulations; ability to research as required.
• Strong docketing and communication with IP staff, practitioners and clients.

Mansioni

• Prepare, e-file and report filing of patent-related documents including applications, responses, and office actions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, patent practitioners, and paralegals to meet deadlines and maintain docket accuracy.
• Communicate status of applications with clients and examiners; manage portfolio reporting and client inquiries.
