Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Contract Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support all aspects of Information Disclosure Statements (IDS). This position is fully remote but you MUST be local to Boston, MA.

The responsibilities include reviewing and tracking prior art references, preparing and filing IDS submissions with the USPTO, and managing workflows. Beacon Hill offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and leave programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in patent prosecution and preparing IDS.
• Familiarity with tracking U.S. and foreign prior art references.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review, categorize, and track U.S. and foreign prior art references.
• Prepare and file IDS submissions with the USPTO.
• Maintain accurate disclosure logs and reference databases.
• Monitor deadlines and manage IDS workflows.
• Support attorneys with portfolio audits and prosecution strategy.
