Job summary

McCarter & English, LLP seeks an Information Disclosure Statements Paralegal for our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or a certificate from a professional/business/secretarial school, at least one year of IDS experience, and an interest in supporting a vibrant patent practice.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing IDS forms and related patent prosecution tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Competitive salary offered.

• 1+ year IDS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong interest in patent practice and learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements and performs IDS/Patent Prosecution tasks.
