BCS Search seeks an experienced intellectual property associate attorney or patent agent for its national patent prosecution practice. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience preparing and prosecuting US patent applications and performing FTO analyses, with a preference for law firm background and USPTO registration.

This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the US, and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction is expected, with a compensation range of $160,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting US patent applications.
• Experience with FTO analyses and patent prosecution.
• Admission to practice in a US jurisdiction and USPTO registration preferred.
