Job summary

This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the US, and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction is expected, with a compensation range of $160,000 to $250,000.

Job description

A top client of BCS Search is seeking an experienced intellectual property associate attorney for its nationally recognized patent prosecution practice. Patent agents will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Preferences for this position comprise:

• Law firm experience
• A technical degree, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or chemical engineering
• Experience preparing and prosecuting US patent applications
• Experience with FTO analyses
• Admission to practice in a US jurisdiction
• USPTO registration

This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the US.

The compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000.
