• Plan and roll out patches across Windows 10/11 fleet and monitor progress.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance timelines.
• Troubleshoot patch installation failures and related issues.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline patching and reporting.
• Monitor patch compliance metrics and generate status reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to align with standards.
• Document patching procedures and knowledge resources.
