Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive parts sales within assigned accounts and expand our customer base in the Arkansas region. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with service and credit teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

You will maintain accounts, identify new opportunities, and promote DEUTZ parts and Xchange engines. Domestic travel may be required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent external sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales of parts and services in engine industry.
• Valid driver's license and insurable for company vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders and delivery with service team.
• Identify and develop new customer contacts to grow market share.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Act as liaison between customer and company to meet needs.
• Promote parts and accessories to wholesale or retail customers.
• Manage reports and paperwork including CRM and timesheets.
