Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) seeks a flexible, detail-oriented Partnerships/Sales Intern to support the Partnerships team with sponsorships, tracking opportunities, and sponsor coordination. This is primarily a virtual position with standing weekly meetings and required on-site availability in New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail 2027.

The role offers hands-on experience across sales cycles, client relationships, and program support, plus housing none provided.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree or coursework in business, marketing, or nonprofit management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with tracking prospective and active partnership opportunities.
• Schedule calls, share sales decks, and coordinate sales activities.
• Update and maintain HubSpot, Shopify, and Airtable.
• Support data entry, database maintenance, and data clean-up.
• Collect sponsor information and brand logos.
• Maintain partnership records and sponsor communications.
• Assist with client relationships and account retention.
• Support administrative and creative projects for the Partnerships team.
• Provide additional support as needed.
