Job summary

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation is seeking a flexible Partnerships/Sales Intern to support our Partnerships team with sponsorships, business development, and partner coordination. This virtual internship offers flexible hours and weekly meetings, with occasional on-site work in New Orleans during the 2027 Tales of the Cocktail.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the sales cycle, maintain sponsorship records in HubSpot, Shopify, and Airtable, and help cultivate client relationships while

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable and able to manage recurring responsibilities and individual projects.
• Flexible and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Interested in sales, partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or nonprofit operations.
• Able to communicate professionally with internal team members, sponsors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking prospective and active partnership opportunities.
• Schedule calls, distribute sales decks, and provide general sales coordination support.
• Update and maintain HubSpot, Shopify, and Airtable.
• Support accurate data entry, database maintenance, and ongoing data clean-up.
• Collect required information, contact details, and brand logos from sponsors.
• Maintain accurate and organized partnership records.
• Assist with sponsor and partner communications and coordination.
• Support efforts to develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
• Assist the Partnerships team with administrative and creative projects.
• Provide additional support to the Partnerships team as assigned.
