Job summary

Fivetran and dbt Labs seek a Partner Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with our ISV ecosystem. This global, product-facing role defines what we build with partners and how we present the combined dbt + Fivetran offering to the ecosystem.

You will work across field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing, collaborating with regional teams to enable ISV motions at scale. This remote-based position is based in California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or similar tech role in data analytics.
• Experience with ISV/partner motions and shaping what a partner builds.
• Ability to influence a product roadmap you did not own and gain buy-in.
• Strong hands-on background in SQL, data modeling, and modern data platform architecture.
• Fluency across the modern data stack and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
• Excellent technical writing and communication.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for large technical sessions.
• Comfort operating globally with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize partner product priorities with PMs to create a sequenced, defensible roadmap.
• Maintain a single view of ISV integration state across the platform.
• Articulate the combined dbt+Fivetran capabilities to the ISV ecosystem.
• Lead technical cadence with top ISV relationships and partner leaders.
• Support workshops, labs, and partner events that carry the technical narrative.
• Provide demo narratives and architectures to partner teams.
• Capture ecosystem feedback to product and engineering with evidence.
• Coordinate with regional architects to translate strategy into execution.
• Create reusable collateral and enablement assets for the broader team.
• Travel ~30% for meetings and ecosystem events.
