The Lead Partner Operations Manager role focuses on partnering enablement and operational excellence for GPS Partners. You will support training, partner research, and cross‑functional alignment while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with relevant experience, or over six years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and enablement processes for GPS Partners through training and communication programs
• Serve as a partner advocate within GPS Sales and Operations
• Collaborate on performance dashboards for executive reviews
• Conduct partner sales research to resolve tagging/tracking issues for partner compensation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement partner strategies and monitor effectiveness
• Attend operational and risk-focused meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and accountability
• Drive continuous improvement in business operations with focus on partner led sales and operations
• Additional duties as required by the business.
