A confidential, established regional law firm is seeking a Partner-level attorney to help expand its Chicago-based commercial litigation platform. This is a litigation-only role with a meaningful mix of defense and plaintiff-side matters, and a strong emphasis on business development and client relationship ownership.

• Ability to support matters with an average billing rate around $260/hour (with flexibility to go higher depending on work and clients).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (Top 100 law school preferred by the firm).

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Trial experience in insurance defense litigation, ideally as first or second chair.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Billable hour target: 1,800 hours.
