Location: Remote, 20 hours per week. Pay: $22/hr base plus uncapped commissions with on-target earnings of $40+/hr. Reports to the Director of Growth. This is a growth-minded role offering opportunity to increase earnings through performance.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Review unsold demos: proposal, scope, price, concerns, notes.
• Call homeowners, send approved texts and emails, and follow up daily until yes or no.
• Identify what’s holding up the decision (timing, scope, financing, etc.).
• Close eligible deals within pricing rules or book a qualified follow-up.
• Keep CRM accurate: next action, responses, appointment details, and outcomes.
