Vietnam processed fruit and vegetable seeks a Vice-President of Manufacturing Operations to lead strategic and operational initiatives across processing facilities. The role is part-time and remote, focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance while driving continuous improvement aligned with international standards.

You will mentor local management and shape long-term manufacturing strategy for processed fruit and vegetable products.

Competenze

• Requires strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management including multi-plant/regional environments.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of supply chain in food processing, cold chain, export-focused operations.
• Extensive leadership in food/beverage manufacturing, preferably processed fruits/vegetables or FMCG.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with plant leaders to optimize production plans and utilization.
• Monitor capacity and utilization and ensure safety, food quality and certification compliance.
• Coordinate with supply chain, QA and commercial teams to support demand forecasting, inventory and on-time delivery.
