Hours range 15–28 per week, vary with recruitment cycles, and the position ends in June 2027 with potential extension subject to mutual agreement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hiring, interviewing, and/or recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and interview candidates for volunteer roles.
• Conduct interviews using Braven's rubric and interview guide.
• Make selection recommendations grounded in rubrics and update Salesforce.
• Respond to staff inquiries and assist with audit needs.
