The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to cover the Roseville, CA area. This remote position requires traveling to multiple store locations within the assigned territory and driving your own vehicle.

The role focuses on selling, merchandising, and building displays, with an estimated 20–25 hours per week and an hourly starting rate of $17.50 to $18.50. Eligible candidates should reside in the specified ZIP codes and have a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years food merchandising preferred.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Must reside within the territory boundaries listed in the job description.
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.

Mansioni

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of stores per the Retail Execution Plan.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions.
• Use tablets for daily reporting and communications.
• Collaborate with store leadership and internal teams to implement sales strategies.
