You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, perform feasibility studies, and drive improvements across multiple functional areas. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of system analysis experience, with strong knowledge of SDLC and data integration.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of systems analysis or related experience.
• Strong SDLC, requirements gathering, and system design knowledge.
• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and system requirements to develop effective technology solutions.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance complex computer systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and validate requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate proposed system enhancements.
• Identify data integration challenges and develop solutions.
• Recommend system improvements and technology strategies.
• Support system designs, workflows, data structures, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical personnel.
• Lead or mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams.
