Job summary

CareAcross is hiring a part-time Django/Python engineer to help build a complex infra for patient-focused solutions. You will collaborate with Development and Product teams to enhance care across patients, clinicians, researchers, and hospitals, developing digital therapeutics and analytics tools.

This role is fully remote, ~15-25 hours/week with flexibility, and may evolve into full-time if mutually desired. The work aims to improve patient engagement, clinician workflows, and research outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Python/Django experience.
• At least 2 years of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTTP and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Django templates.
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines independently.
• Passion for high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Django-based services to support patients, clinicians and researchers.
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to deliver features.
• Assist with cloud deployments and integrations as needed.
