Qualifications

• Master’s in Nursing and Post Master’s Program in Advanced Practice Role.
• 1 year experience as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• Current and unrestricted nursing license and NP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performing initial psychiatric evaluations within a 60 minute period.
• Performing medication management follow ups within 20 minutes.
• Completing documentation within 48 hours.
• Prescribing medications during follow up medication management appointments, onsite and virtual.
• Attending a Clinical Team Meeting weekly for coordination of care.
• Providing refills for clients within 2–3 business days of request.
• Covering for absent providers to ensure continuity of care.
