Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care to a diverse Alaska patient population, primarily adults and adolescents. The role requires board certification, state licensure, and prescriptive authority, with a focus on ADHD treatment standards.

Fully remote position with bi-weekly pay, employer 401K match, paid orientation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience in psychiatry preferred; 1 year required.
• Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.
• Part-time availability requires 15–20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients and services.
