InterVarsity Press is seeking a Project Manager I for a remote, part-time role in the United States. You will provide structured project management, development and evaluation of assigned projects, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The PMO will rely on you to deliver on time, on scope, and on budget while maintaining comprehensive documentation and ongoing metrics reporting. You will promote cross-functional collaboration, ensure policy compliance, and act as a PMO

Competenze

• Experience delivering projects on-time, on-scope, and on-budget.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management processes and metrics.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee projects as assigned, coordinating with intradepartmental colleagues and external partners.
• Collaborate with the PMO to accelerate ministry project delivery.
• Document preparation and content management for projects.
• Report metrics and project tracking data to PMO on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in functional and interdepartmental meetings; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to national policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Act as a Project Management ambassador across the organization; mentor others as needed.
• Support involvement in project management cohorts.
