Right Balance is hiring a Shopify Ecommerce Experience Coordinator (part-time) to support one core product and a new client engagement, with 10-15 hours per week and 100% remote work. The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and emphasizes work-life balance and client-first outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Product Design / UX/UI Design experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Figma experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B products and systems with data-heavy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design complex B2B product features, especially data-heavy workflows, tables, forms, and configuration screens.
• Translate specific or messy customer requirements into thoughtful designs that fit within the framework of an existing product.
• Present designs directly to clients, ask clarifying questions, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Exercise strong product judgment to understand customer needs beyond the literal request.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering.
