Job summary

MD Exam Inc in Tennessee is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for our multi-state sterile compounding operations. This part-time remote role offers a monthly retainer and the support of an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team.

You will lead compliance oversight, review licensing submissions and regulatory documentation, and participate in occasional board discussions; dispensing is handled by the existing pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the appointment.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
• Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance.
• Participate in occasional Board‑related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues requiring follow‑up or corrective action.
