Job summary

MD Exam is expanding and seeks a licensed pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for remote, multi-state sterile compounding operations. The role focuses on compliance oversight, licensing submissions, and regulatory responses, with support from an experienced internal team and no dispensing responsibilities handled by the pharmacy team.

The position is part-time with a monthly compensation retainer under a 90-day agreement, and offers remote work with minimal weekly time commitment

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the appointment.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
• Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance.
• Participate in occasional Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues requiring follow-up or corrective action.
