MD Exam Inc. is expanding its leadership in regulatory pharmacy oversight by adding a part-time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support multi-state sterile c ompounding operations.

The role is remote with no travel, offering a monthly compliance oversight retainer under a 90-day agreement. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team to review licensing submissions, renewals, and board communications, ensuring patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and professional judgment.
• Ability to interpret licensing submissions and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill PIC responsibilities.
• Review and approve licensing submissions and renewals.
• Support ongoing compliance with the pharmacy operations team.
• Participate in Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues needing follow-up.
