Job summary

MD Exam Inc. is expanding to hire a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) supporting established, multi-state sterile compounding operations.

This part-time remote role offers a monthly retainer and the support of an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team. Ideal candidates will review licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation, and collaborate with the internal team to maintain ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and professional judgment.
• Responsive, collaborative, and committed to patient safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the appointment.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
• Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance.
• Participate in occasional Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues requiring follow-up or corrective action.
