Job summary

DarkTower is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for a fully remote, part-time role supporting open-source cyber intelligence for diverse clients. The position is about 20 hours per week, with 10 hours during CT office hours, and requires current matriculation in college, a 3.0 GPA, and at least one year of relevant experience or education.

You will research threats, produce actionable reports, and present findings to analysts and executives.

Qualifications

• Commitment to work twenty hours a week on average, including 10 hours during office hours (9-5 CT).
• Completion of at least one year of college or comparable credits, and CURRENTLY MATRICULATING.
• GPA of at least 3.0 overall or in relevant coursework.
• At least one year of experience or education as an Intelligence Analyst preferred.
• Proven analytical and report writing skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable speaking technically with analysts and strategically with senior executives.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
• Inquisitive, high energy, and persistent.
• Strong initiative to stay abreast of changing industry trends.
• Coding experience a plus, comfort with new technology a must.
• Multiple spoken/written languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide open source cyber intelligence to clients based on collection topics and strategies determined to be most relevant to their brand.
• Identify threats, determine levels of risk, and produce actionable intelligence reports for a variety of audiences.
• Present information to team members and company leadership, translating technical indicators into layperson's terms.
• Collaborate with other areas of the intelligence team to identify appropriate solutions and learn new investigative techniques rapidly.
