Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a research analyst to conduct open-source and targeted research from social media, forums, and news outlets, and to analyze and report findings clearly for stakeholders.

You will explore evolving questions, collaborate with teammates to refine methods, and handle sensitive topics with professionalism in a remote setting within the continental U.S. A Bachelor’s or higher in related fields is expected, with up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, economics, cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in online research, information security, or trust & safety.
• Ability to quickly summarize complex information into concise, actionable reports.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) or familiarity with research automation tools.
• Work remotely, though must be based in the continental U.S.
