Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Westlake is seeking a part-time independently licensed therapist (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD) to provide therapy for clients from school-age children to adults. The role emphasizes authenticity, compassion, and determination as part of a mission to destigmatize mental health and improve accessibility.

The position offers a flexible schedule with a blend of in-person and telehealth, ongoing CEUs and training, and centralized administrative support to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field.
• Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling & documentation.
• Passion for therapy and helping clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 15–20 client hours per week.
• Complete assessments & individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to help clients thrive.
• Collaborate with a caring and dynamic clinical team.
