Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed therapist in Wisconsin to join a part‑time, flexible clinical role. You will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with supportive referrals and a light administrative load.

We offer a flexible schedule, access to a consistent referral pipeline, and opportunities to grow. Work from home options are available, with compensation ranging from $33,000 to $45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Interest in flexible, part-time clinical role.
• Comfortable working with a diverse client population.
• Organized and timely with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes).
• Collaborate with other providers and support systems as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings (as applicable to part-time role).
