You will manage job postings, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding documents while maintaining HRIS records in Paycom and Toast. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal HR fundamentals and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Experience with I-9 and E-Verify is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple restaurant locations.
