Job summary

BrightStar Care of Rochester seeks a part-time Business Development Manager to drive sales and brand recognition. The role supports marketing efforts, grows referrals, and expands service hours across Rochester and southern Minnesota with some travel.

The position offers a flexible schedule with remote work options; base salary is $36,000 with a 2% commission on six months of billed referrals, and potential for school staffing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales and/or Marketing with leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Marketing planning with Ownership to align with mission and compliance.
• Grow revenue and client count for the Duluth Territory.
• Maintain and develop B2B relationships to increase referrals and service hours.
• Develop and manage budget to support topline growth while controlling costs.
• Coordinate community events and referral campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
