Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Army financial management experience and project management.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• Proficiency in Army reimbursable processes (GFEBS, LMP, GCSS-A).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reimbursable business processes to integrate MILSTRIP into Army's G-Invoicing.
• Collaborate with Army teams and external Trading Partners to align with goals.
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation for business process re-engineering.
• Draft and update policy documents to support process changes.
• Lead or participate in stakeholder workshops defining processes and requirements.
